Either she had been adopted from a rescue group, and then discarded here by her new owners, or a local animal group is in fact, now dumping its unhomed cats there! Enquiries are ongoing.
She was down a partially flooded drain pipe, and the dogs that had chased her there, were still trying to get her out, which drew my attention to her plight.
